 코로나 시대 한중일 3국의 역사 인식의 향방
Korea, China, and Japan and the Direction of Historical Perception in the Era COVID-19		 Crystal Ballroom3
During the Cold War, the three countries, China, and Japan, had struggled over the past. And since the end of the Cold War, the three countries have made bilateral efforts to resolve the historical conflict. However, there are signs of increasing barriers between countries after Covid-19.
Therefore, this meeting examines the research activities of the Joint Committee on History of Korea and Japan. In addition, we will refer to the research activities of the Sino-Japanese History Joint Committee conducted between China and Japan. These efforts will slightly alleviate the situation where nationalism has been strengthening since the coronavirus, and will be a way to prevent the conflict of historical perception.
In addition, through such a meeting between the three countries in the era of Covid-19, we intend to create a channel for historical dialogue between Korea, China, Japan and the three countries surrounding historical issues, as an opportunity to proceed with the historical dialogue in Northeast Asia. This year, we intend to share and learn about the historical dialogue of the three countries through the Jeju Forum. At the same time, this session will be an opportunity for experts from three countries to share the history of the invasion of imperialism over the past century. In addition, we intend to use historical dialogue as an opportunity to establish a mechanism for achieving historical reconciliation through experience.

한중일 3국은 냉전기 동안 과거사를 둘러싸고 그동안 갈등을 겪어왔다. 그리고 냉전종식 이후 3국은 역사갈등 문제를 해결하기 위하여 양자 간 노력을 기울여왔다. 그러나 코로나 19 이후 국가 간 장벽이 높아지고 있는 조짐이 있다.
그러므로 이번 회의에서는 그동안 진행된 한일역사공동위원회의 연구 활동을 살펴본다. 그리고 중일 간 진행된 중일역사공동위원회의 연구 활동을 참고할 것이다. 이러한 노력은 코로나 이후 내셔널리즘이 강화되고 있는 상황을 조금이나마 완화할 것이며, 역사인식의 충돌을 예방할 수 있는 방법이 될 것이다.
또한 코로나 19 시대 이러한 3국간의 회의를 통하여, 향후 역사문제를 둘러싼 한중일 3국의 역사대화 채널을 만들어 동북아시아의 역사대화를 진행하는 계기로 삼고자 한다. 올해는 그동안 진행된 3국의 역사대화를 제주포럼을 통하여 그 경험을 공유하고 학습하고자 한다. 동시에 이 세션은 지난 세기 동안 진행된 제국주의의 침탈을 역사를 학문적으로 3국의 전문가들이 공유하는 자리가 될 것이다. 그리고 역사대화를 경험으로 역사화해를 이루어나가는 메커니즘을 구축하는 계기로 삼고자한다.
