[Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority 인천경제자유구역청] The importance of regional trade of the Republic of Korea, China, and Japan is showing an overall increase and if the CJK FTA under negotiation is reached, there is likely to be ranked the world's third-largest regional integrated market, accounting for approximately 20% of world GDP. In this session of 2018, we will designate test bed of the growth center and discuss the cooperation plan with China (Tianjin, Dalian, Qingdao) and Japan (Fukuoka and Tokyo), which are the centers of economic cooperation of Korea, China, and Japan discussed at the 2017 Jeju Forum. Thus, we will search for a win-win cooperative plan that will reinforce the export of each country and the competitiveness of the growth center by revitalizing the trade and investment among the three countries, expanding the network of industrial product and service providers or businesses supply chain, and promoting logistics collaboration linked with e-commerce platform. 한중일 3국의 역내교역 비중은 전반적으로 확대되는 추세를 보이고 있으며, 현재 협상중인 한중일 FTA가 체결시 전세계 GDP의 약 20% 이상을 차지하며 세계3위권의 지역통합시장이 될 가능성이 있다. 이 세션에서는 한중일 FTA에 지역경제 기반의 성장거점들이 협력할 수 있는 성장거점 시범지구를 지정하여 2017년 제주포럼에서 검토한 한중일 경제협력의 거점 지역인 중국(톈진, 다롄, 칭다오)과 일본(후쿠오카, 교토권)과의 협력방안을 논의한다. 이를 통하여 3국간 무역·투자 활성화, 공산품 및 서비스 공급자의 네트워크와 기업 공급사슬 확대, 전자상거래 플랫폼 연계 물류 협력을 촉진하여 3국의 수출과 성장거점의 경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있는 상생협력방안을 모색해 본다.
