Jinyoung Hong, Ph.D. in Economics, is Research Professor of Jungseok International Logistcs and Trade, Inha University and Consultant of the Economic Research Institute of ASEAN and East Asia in Jakarta, Indonesia.
He has given lectures at various organizations including NGO and research network though diverse forum and conference. And also he has been teaching lectures on international trade and e-business every year at Inha University. He has published various journal articles on the theory and empirics of international trade and logistics. He serves as managing editor of the journal of International Logistics and Trade(JILT) and director of China Area Studies Association of Korea(CASAK) (http://www.china7.org). Since this year, he has Appointed as one of advisor professor of INHA Glocal Trade Expert Program(GTEP) by Korea trade Association.

홍진영은 경제학 박사로 현재 인하대학교 정석물류통상연구원에서 연구교수로 재직중이며 인도네시아 자카르타에 소재한 국제연구기관인 아세안∙동아시아 연구원의 컨설턴트이다. 다양한 포럼과 컨퍼런스를 통해 다수의 NGO와 학회에서 강연해왔다. 인하대학교에서 매년 국제무역과 e-비즈니스 과목을 강의하고 있다. 국제무역 및 물류분야의 이론과 실증연구에 관한 다양한 논문을 발표하였으며 영문저널인 국제물류 및 무역 학회지의 편집위원이자 중국지역학회의 이사로 활동하고 있다. 올해부터는 한국무역협회의 지역특화청년무역전문가 양성사업의 지도교수로 임명되어 활동하고 있다.
