[Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) 한중일3국협력사무국]<BR><BR>Northeast Asia is one of the most dynamic regions in the world, which has rapidly grown in significance but still a region with great potential yet to be uncovered. People-to-people exchange among the three nations has constantly been increasing despite the political tides and economic fluctuations. In particular, youth exchanges are of great importance since they shape the future of trilateral cooperation. Both public and private sectors are actively promoting exchanges among the young generations to enhance mutual understanding and to establish amity among the future leaders of the three countries. The session will discuss efforts to promote youth exchanges among the three countries, share best practices of trilateral youth programs, and discuss how to improve and further develop those programs to establish a friendly atmosphere among the youth of the three countries for a brighter future of cooperation in the Northeast Asian region.<BR><BR>동아시아는 세계에서 가장 역동적이며 잠재력이 큰 지역 중 하나다. 시시각각 변하는 정치적·경제적 외부요소에도 불구하고 한중일 3국 간 인적 교류는 꾸준히 증가해 왔다. 특히 청년 간 교류는 미래의 한중 일 협력의 방향을 결정한다는 점에서 그 의의가 크다. 그렇기 때문에 정부 및 민간 차원에서 다양한 청년교류 활동을 통해 한중일 젊은 세대 간 상호이해를 증진시키고 우호적인 환경을 조성하기 위한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 한중일 3국 간 진행되고 있는 다양한 청년교류사업의 관계자를 초청하여 한중일 청년 교류의 현황과 전망을 진단하고 성공사례를 공 유하며, 이를 통해 3국 협력의 발전에 기여할 수 있 는 차세대 인재를 육성하는 바람직한 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
