After working at the public elementary school, the Akita Prefectural Education Office, and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan, Mr. Ono joined the National Institute for Youth Education (NIYE) of Japan and is now serving as the Director of Children’s Dream Fund Department.
