13:30 ~ 15:00		북한 경제 실상과 남북교류 협력방안 North Korea's Economic Status and Cooperation in Inter-Korean Exchanges	201A
[Jeju Research Institute / Jeju Chamber of Commerce & Industry 제주연구원 / 제주상공회의소] Jeju, as a self-governing province, has been in the forefront in pursuing peaceful coexistence in the Korean Peninsula. It has more than 10 years of business experience with North Korea and have promoted exchanges with NK in various ways through mapping out special programme called ‘5+1 project’ since 2014. This session will look into the current economic situation of North Korea and the economic prospects of the Korean peninsula after lifting the sanctions. Then, it will be discussed how Jeju can play bigger roles in inter- Korean exchange and how it can be prepared for possible economic reform in North Korea. 제주는 대북 감귤지원 등 지자체 중 유일하게 10년 이 상의 대북사업 경험이 있으며, 2014년부터 제안된 5+1 사업을 현재 남북변화의 흐름에 따라 재설계 하는 등 한반도 평화와 공존의 선두를 자처하고 있다. 이에 현재 북한의 경제실상과 대북제재 완화 이후의 한반도 경제전망과 함께, 평화의 섬 제주가 남북교류 사업의 가교로서 북한 경제개방에 대비한 중장기 전 략 수립 및 다양한 영역의 실질적인 남북교류 협력방 안을 위한 핵심전략 도출하고자 한다.
