China-Japan-ROK Trilateral Cooperation: Towards Shared Peace and Prosperity		 Diamond Hall B
The year 2021 marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS). Born in the megatrends of regional integration, the TCS has grown vigorously in terms of both quantity and quality, playing a significant role in promoting China-Japan-ROK trilateral cooperation.

As part of the TCS Anniversary Symposium Series, this session aims to promote public awareness in China-Japan-ROK trilateral cooperation. TCS Secretary-General MICHIGAMI Hisashi will illustrate how trilateral cooperation functions to help the peoples of the three countries in many sectors. Eminent professionals from the three countries will also make analyses on the paths towards a more beneficial, productive cooperation from the aspects of, but not limited to, regional integration, economic ties, and links of the peoples.


한중일3국협력사무국 (TCS)은 2021년 설립 10주년을 맞이하였다. 지역협력 기조가 확산된 시기에 태어난 TCS는 지난 10년 간 양적, 질적 성장을 거듭해왔으며 한국, 중국, 일본 간 협력을 다지는 데 이바지해왔다. 지난 경험을 비추어 볼 때, 3국 협력의 미래지향적 발전은 곧 해당 국가뿐만 아니라 주변 국가들의 평화와 번영에도 긍정적으로 기능함이 자명하다.

TCS 10주년 기념 심포지엄 행사의 일환으로 진행될 본 세션은 중요한 3국 협력의 의의와 필요에 대한 대중인식 제고를 목적으로 하며, 3국 협력의 구조와 역할 및 3국 협력이 3국 국민들에게 미치는 영향에 대해 논의한다. 또한 한중일 각국의 저명인사를 초청해 지역협력, 경제 발전, 인적 교류 측면에서 3국 협력의 향후 발전 방향을 모색하는 시간을 갖는다.
