"미치가미 히사시는 현 한중일3국협력사무국 사무총장이며 동경대 법학과를 졸업하고 하버드대에서 동아시아 국제관계학 석사 학위를 받았다. 1983년 일본 외무성에 입성한 후 주중 일본대사관 공사, 주한 일본대사관 총괄공사 등을 역임했으며 2019년 9월 현직으로 발령받았다.

"MICHIGAMI Hisashi graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo and received a Master of Arts degree in International Relations of East Asia from Harvard University. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Japan in 1983 and assumed the positions of Minister of the Embassy of Japan in China and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan in Korea, among many others. He was appointed Secretary-General of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat in September 2019.

He authored several books including Japanese Diplomat in Korea (2001) and China Sees Japan This Way (2010), published numerous articles and received many interviews in Japan, China and the ROK. "
