14:00 ~ 15:20		[8-F] A Search for New Green-Peace Cooperation in East Asia 동아시아 녹색평화협력의 새로운 모색
[Jeju Special Self-Governing Province & Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation(KCRC)] The panelists in this session will discuss how to promote East Asian cooperation for peace from a new perspective on global issues such as the environment, ecology, energy and cooperation for peace. North Korea’s environmental, energy and nuclear crises will also be assessed in the terms of environment and peace affairs, with the possibilities of regional cooperation for environmental protection and peace in East Asia being examined. We hope these discussions will envisage a new roadmap for the peaceful coexistence of the two Koreas, future-oriented cooperation for peace and stability in Northeast Asia and environmental cooperation in the region. At the same time, we propose a leading role for Jeju Island to that end. 이 세션에서는 현재 전 세계적 화두인 환경, 생태, 에너지, 그리고 평화 협력이라는 새로운 관점으로 동아시아 평화협력 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 북한의 환경문제, 에너지 문제, 그리고 핵문제 등을 환경과 평화의 관점에서 재검토하고, 한반도뿐 아니라 동아시아 역내 녹색평화협력의 가능성과 과제를 검토한다. 이러한 논의를 통해 남북 상생과 동북아 평화와 안정을 위한 미래지향적 동북아 평화협력 및 환경협력 로드맵을 구상하고자 한다. 더불어 이를 위한 제주도의 주도적인 역할을 제안한다.
