15:20 ~ 16:50		동아시아의 평화와 공동 번영을 위한 경제협력과 통합 East Asia’s Economic Cooperation and Integration for Peace and Common Prosperity	Samda
[Cheju Halla University 제주한라대학교] The year 2018 saw dramatic shifts in political and economic landscape in the world. There was meaningful progress in talks on denuclearization of Korean peninsula, a step towards global peace. In contrast, the trade war triggered by US tariffs on China generated severe tensions for the global economy. China, which had led the economic growth of East Asia for the past three decades, now suffers its slow growth, the signs of soaring unemployment, overinvestment and excessive supply, and deteriorating current account balance with massive debt pile. For political stability and economic prosperity in Asia, therefore, economic cooperation and systematic integration among neighboring countries are promptly called for. Aiming at resilient peace in East Asia, this session reviews the current economic situation and challenges for economic stability in the region. This session further address how East Asian countries can pursue a win-win cooperation and integration to achieve stability and common prosperity. 2018년에 세계의 안보, 정치, 경제는 많은 변화를 경험 했다. 한편으로는 세계 평화에 한발 다가서는 한반도의 비핵화에 대한 유의미한 대화의 진전이 있었다. 다른 한편으로는 중국에 대한 미국의 관세부과로 시발된 무 역전쟁은 세계경제에 심각한 긴장을 불러일으켰다. 지난 30년간 세계 경제, 특히 동아시아 경제 성장을 이 끌었던 중국은 현재 성장의 속도가 저하되고, 실업률 이 오를 기미가 보이며, 과잉 투자와 과다 공급, 대규 모 부채와 경상수지 악화를 경험하고 있다. 이에 동아 시아 지역의 정치적 안정과 경제적 번영을 위하여, 이 웃국가들의 경제 협력이 시급하게 요구되고 있다. 동아시아의 회복탄력적 평화를 목표로, 본 세션은 동 아시아 지역의 현재 경제적 상황과 경제적 안정의 도 전과제들을 살펴본다. 더 나아가 본 세션은 동아시아 의 안정과 공동 번영을 달성하기 위하여 어떻게 이 지 역의 국가들이 서로 유익한 협력과 통합을 추구할 수 있을지 토론하는 자리를 마련하고자 한다.
