몬드라곤 협동조합 기반의 스페인 바스크 지역개발 성공사례와 영국 프레스턴 지역의 지역개발 성공모델에 대해 연구하고, 제주국제자유도시 조성을 추진하는 JDC의 사례를 소개하고 토론함으로써 제주 뿐 아니라 인도-태평양 지역의 혁신적인 지역개발 모델과 발전방향에 대해 논의함.

The discussion aims to explore successful cases of regional development based on the Mondragon Cooperative Corporation in the Basque Country of Spain and the development model of the Preston area in the UK, as well as to introduce the case of the Jeju Free International City Development project by JDC and discuss innovative regional development models and directions not only for Jeju but also for the Indo-Pacific region.
