It is widely understood that permanent peace and co-prosperity is a common vision for all humans. If the post-war experience of Western Europe is any guide, this common vision can be achieved through multilateral cooperation and integration among both people and nations. While all countries in the Asia-Pacific region value hope for peace and prosperity, they lack an institutionalized mechanism for multilateral cooperation and integration to fulfill their aspirations. In this session, world leaders will discuss the importance of multilateralism, cooperation, and integration in Asia, followed by a discussion on how to lay the foundations for resilient peace. 아시아에서 평화와 번영을 달성할 수 있는 최선의 방법은 다자협력과 통합이다. 아시아 역내 국가들 모두 평화와 번영을 공동 목표로 하고 있지만 서유럽과 달리 목표 달성에 필요한 협력과 통합의 제도화가 부진하다. 세계지도자 세션에서는 아시아의 평화와 번영을 추구해 나가는 과정에서 다자협력과 통합을 증진하고 회복탄력적 평화를 제도화할 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의한다.
