But the people of North Korea remain as inaccessible as ever, with most of us viewing the country through the filter of Pyongyang’s state-run media or limited international coverage. This panel, moderated by former AP Pyongyang bureau chief Jean H. Lee, brings together leading journalists, economists and aid workers to share their insights about daily life beyond the propaganda. 김정은 위원장은 2018년과 2019년 해외에 모습을 드러 냄으로써 언론의 집중조명을 받았다. 하지만 북한 주 민들은 이전과 마찬가지로 여전히 접근이 불가능하고 북한사회의 모습도 이 나라의 관영매체나 국제 언론 의 제한된 보도를 통해서만 알 수 있다.
