Is a security guarantee, along with economic assistance, sufficient enough for Pyongyang? What about the U.S. troops and nuclear umbrella in and over South Korea? What will a denuclearized Korean Peninsula look like? More importantly, how should the international community facilitate the negotiation process? Are there any ways to further motivate North Korea? Should negotiation take place in a multilateral setting?
