The life span of a company exceeding 100 years is a miracle all over the world. Due to the Korean War, not many Korean companies have operated for 100 years. Lessons learned from Japan’s innovative management strategies developed over centuries will benefit Korean companies who value craftsmanship. This session will also cover Japan’s strategies to stand up through the long recession tunnel under the global economic recession and low growth, and hence to develop companies’ winning strategies.<BR><BR>일본은 장수기업의 천국이다. 100년 넘는 수명을 지닌 기업은 세계적으로 봤을 때 기적에 가깝다. 한국 은 전쟁의 여파로 기업 경영 역사가 오래되지 않았으므로 우리보다 앞서 기업 경영의 성공과 실패를 경험 해 본 일본 기업 사례를 통해 혁신 전략을 배울 필요가 있다. 이 세션에서는 저성장, 장기 침체로 치닫고 있는 세계 정세 속에서 긴 불황의 터널을 뚫고 일어서는 일본의 노하우를 알아보고 한국기업들이 상생 할 방법을 토론해 본다.
