기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소 중립 달성이라는 국제적 목표 앞에 각국은 저탄소 경제로의 이행을 가속화하고 있다. 대한민국과 아세안이 저탄소 경제를 위하여 시행하고 있는 저탄소 정책과 신ㆍ재생에너지 관련 협력 방안을 소개하고 논의한다.

Confronted with the imperative of attaining carbon neutrality as a means of countering the perils of the climate crisis, nations are hastening their adoption of low-carbon economies. In this regard, the present deliberation endeavors to explicate and analyze the low-carbon policies and collaborative stratagems appertaining to new and renewable energy, which have been instituted by South Korea and the ASEAN countries in their endeavor to realize a low-carbon economy.
