최근 전 세계는 코로나 팬데믹과 미-중 무역 갈등, 우크라이나 전쟁 등으로 인한 공급망 위기에 직면해 있다. 동아시아 및 아세안 국가도 이에 따른 영향을 받고 있는 바, 대한민국과 아세안 각국이 공급망 위기를 해결하기 위하여 어떠한 입법적ㆍ정책적 방안을 마련하고 있는지 소개하고 정책 개선 및 상호 협력 방안을 논의한다.

In recent times, the global community has encountered supply chain predicaments owing to the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, the acrimonious trade dispute between the United States and China, and the tumultuous conflict in Ukraine. The countries of East Asia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations have likewise experienced the repercussions of this development. In an effort to address these supply chain crises, South Korea and the ASEAN nations are actively engaged in discussions concerning legislative and policy initiatives, as well as seeking means to enhance cooperation.
