[Jeju Tourism Organization 제주관광공사] Inter-Islands Tourism Policy Forum(ITOP Forum) was established in 1997 by Jeju and three local governments(Bali, Indonesia, Hainan, China and Okinawa, Japan) through the geographical and industrial homogeneity of island and tourism. It has grown into 10 member regions and 3 general observer regions. The balanced growth of the economic benefits and the effect to environment and community from tourism within the restricted area of ​​the island are absolute values ​​for the island tourist area. Through the Jeju Forum, a forum for discussing multilateral cooperation between peace and common prosperity, the ITOP Forum provides opportunities for sharing core values ​​and policies, and contributes to improving Jeju's global status. 섬관광정책포럼은 제주를 중심으로 1997년 섬과 관광이라는 지리적, 산업적 동질성을 매개로 4개 지방정부(인도네시아 발리, 중국 하이난, 대한민국 제주, 일본 오키나와)가 참가한 가운데 설립되어, 현재 10개 회원지역, 3개 일반참가지역으로 성장하였음. 관광으로 인한 경제적 편익과 섬이라는 제한적 영역성 내에서 환경, 지역사회의 균형적 성장이라는 지향점은 섬관광 지역에게 절대적 가치임. 평화와 공동번영의 다자간 협력 논의의 장인 제주포럼을 통해 ITOP포럼의 핵심가치와 정책공유의 기회를 제공함과 동시에 제주의 글로벌 지위향상에 기여할 것으로 예상.
