||
In the field of business and human rights, the NAP is defined as a National Action Plan by a State to protect against adverse human rights impacts by business enterprises in conformity with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights(UNGPs). The aim of this conference is to arouse interests of stake holders including governments and businesses in the NAPs and evoke the consensus on the need for it. Moreover, the conference will be an opportunity to gather opinions and improve the recommendation on the NAPs currently being promoted by the National Human Rights Commission. |
