유엔 평화정무국과 동북아 청년 대표들의 주관하에 이 세션에서는 특히 청년, 여성, 장애인 및 소외 계층의 목소리를 담아서 평화구축에 대한 다양한 계층의 포괄적인 접근을 강조하면서, 교육과 디지털 문해력 강화 및 협력의 기회를 통하여 건설적인 외교의 증진 및 지역 내 관계를 증진할 방법들을 논의할 예정이다. 협력적인 전망을 통해 새롭게 드러나는 역내 이슈와 향후 전망과 기후, 에너지 및 재난 위험이슈 등 초국가적 문제를 다양하게 논의할 것이다. 이 세션은 전 국가적인 디지털 문해력 프로그램에 대한 검토와 청년 제안의 지역 학습프로그램 검토 이후, 관련 시사점들을 어떻게 통합해갈지를 논의할 것이다.

This session will be organized by the United Nations Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (UNDPPA) and Northeast Asian youth peacebuilders. In the session, participants will discuss ways to foster constructive diplomacy and improve regional relations via education and digital literacy initiatives and opportunities for collaboration, emphasizing the intersectional and inclusive approach to peacebuilding with voices of youth, women, persons with disabilities and other marginalized groups. This entails informing emerging regional narratives and futures via collaborative outlooks and having more opportunities for cross-border engagement, including on transnational climate, energy, and disaster risk related issues. The session will include a soft launch of a youth-proposed regional learning program for crowd-testing with the audience.
