1992년은 한국과 중국이 처음 수교를 맺은 해이며 올해는 한-중 수교 30주년을 맞이한 해이다. 재단에서는 지난 2012년 한-중 수교 20주년을 기념하여 양국의 우수한 인재들을 선발하여 서로에 대한 깊은 이해를 도모하고 미래지향적 관계를 구축하기 위해 ‘Korea-China LEADership Program’을 출범하였다.
한 치 앞을 예상할 수 없는 격동의 국제정세 속에 보다 밝은 미래를 위한 모색의 시간을 위해, 이 세션에서는 한국 청년들과 한-중 관계 전문가들이 한자리에 모여 국경과 세대를 넘는 논의를 통해 ‘한국과 중국의 미래를 결정하는 문제가 무엇인지’를 깊이 이해하고 더욱 건설적인 교류를 위한 창의적인 솔루션에 대해 탐구할 예정이다.


1992 is the year when Korea and China established diplomatic ties for the first time, and this year marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and China. In 2012, KFAS launched the ‘Korea-China LEADERSHIP Program’ and selected outstanding talents from the two countries as participants to promote a deep understanding of each other and build future-oriented relations.
Amid unpredictable international events, in search of a brighter future, young Korean students and experts on the relations between Korea and China will gather together to understand ‘What determines the future of Korea and China’ and explore creative solutions for more constructive exchanges in the future.
