Now Accepting Registration for Jeju Forum 2017
The online registration for the Jeju Forum for Peace and Prosperity 2017 scheduled to
be held on May 31-June 2 at the International Convention Center jeju kicks off on April 3.
The registration is open until April 28 in the Forum website(www.jejuforum.or.kr).
The registration fee amounts to 250,000 KRW for one day, 600,000 KRW for two-day,
and 900,000 KRW for three-day pass. Participants who register for two days will be
provided with one night of accommodation at Booyoung Hotel nearby the Forum Venue,
and two nights of accommodation for three-day.
Included in the registration fee are access to all sessions including translation service,
receptions, shuttle bus between Jeju International Airport and the venue, printed
conference material, complementary tour programs and registration kit. Flight is not
inclusive.
The tour program includes Seogwipo Healing Forest which caught popularity last year,
Gapmajang Road, one of the national ranches of Joseon Dynasty that raised the best horses,
Ttarabi Oreum, a beautiful hiking place, and Jeju 4∙3 Peace Park, a memorial for the victims
of the Jeju civilian massacre called Jeju 4∙3 incident.
Jeju residents and students are eligible for free admission. They can register onsite during
the forum days as well as online. Identification documents are required for onsite
registration. Meals and registration kit are not included.
The registration fee will be refunded minus 20 percent of handling fee, provided the request
for refund is received by the Jeju Forum Secretariat no later than April 28.
