Geunwook Lee is a professor of political science at Sogang University. He graduated from Seoul National University with BA and received a Ph.D. in government (international relations and security affairs) from Harvard University in 2002. Since March 2004, Dr. Lee has been teaching international relations at Sogang University. He has published several articles in prestigious journals. Also, he has published three books – After Waltz, American War in Iraq, and the Cuban Missile Crisis – in Korean; he has won two outstanding research awards by Korea’s National Academy of Sciences in 2012 and 2014, respectively.
