Cuihong Cai is professor of international relations at the Center for American Studies of Fudan University. Prior to the present job, she worked for the Foreign Affairs Office of Fudan University during 1996-2001. She received her B.S.(1993)and M.S.(1996) in biophysics, and her Ph.D (2002) in international relations from Fudan University. She also holds a B.A.(2001) in English language and literature from Shanghai International Studies University. She was a visiting scholar at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2002, and at the University of California, Berkeley in 2007, as well as an invited fellow in the 2007 program on US National Security sponsored by the US State Department. Dr. Cai has authored Political Development in the Cyber Age (Beijing: Current Affairs Press, 2015), U.S. National Information Security Strategy（Shanghai: Academia Press, 2009）and Internet and International Politics (Shanghai: Academia Press, 2003), as well as several dozen of articles and papers on cyberpolitics, cyberspace governance, cybersecurity strategy and Sino-US relations.


추이홍 카이는 푸단 대학 미주연구센터의 국제관계학 교수이다. 현 직업 이전에 1996-2001년동안 푸단 대학의 외무부서에서 근무하였다. 푸단 대학에서 생물물리학 학사 (1996년)와 석사 (1996년) 학위를 취득했고, 국제관계학으로 박사 (2002) 학위를 취득하였다. 그녀는 또한 상해외국어대학에서 영문학 학사 (2001년)를 취득했다. 2002년 조지아공과대학, 2007년 캘리포니아대학 버클리 캠퍼스의 방문 학자였으며, 미 국무부의 후원을 받은 2007년 미국 국가안보 프로그램에 펠로우로 초청된 바 있다. 카이 박사는 사이버정치학, 사이버공간 거버넌스, 사이버 전략 및 미중 관계에 대한 다수의 논문뿐만 아니라, 사이버시대에서 정치적 성장 (Beijing: Current Affairs Press,), 미국 국가 정보 안보 전략 (Shanghai: Academia Press, 2009) 및 인터넷과 국제정치학 (Shanghai: Academia Press, 2003)을 발표하였다.
