LIU Feng 리우 펑
	Ministry of Ecology and Environment of People’s Republic of China 생태환경부 기후변화사 Deputy Director, Department of Climate Change 부과장 Feng LIU is a Deputy Director of Department of Climate Change, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of People’s Republic of China. He started to work for the National Development and Reform (NDRC) since 2009. Before serving at the NDRC, he worked for China Shenhua Energy Company. He received his Master’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University in China, and Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management and Information System in Peking University in China. 리우 펑은 생태환경부 기후변화사 부과장으로, 2009년 국가발전개혁위원회(NDRC)에서 근무하기 시작했으며, 그 전에는 중국신화에너지 회사에서 근무하였다. 리우 부과장은 중국 칭화대학교에서 경영과학공학 석사학위를 취득하였으며, 베이징대학교에서 정보관리시스템 학사학위를 취득하였다
