HWANG Il-do 황일도
	Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security, Korea National Diplomatic Ac 국립외교원 외교안보연구소 Assistant Professor 조교수 Ildo Hwang is Assistant Professor at Korea National Diplomatic Academy. He wrote two books about North Korean weapons of mass destruction and countermeasures of South Korea and the U.S., under titles of Kim Jeong Il Gongporeul Soaholida (or Kim Jeong Il Launched FEAR, Seoul: Planet Media, 2008) and the DNA of North Korean Military Strategy (Seoul: Planet Media, 2013). Dr. Hwang holds a Ph.D. in International Politics from Yonsei University. The dissertation dealt with the strategic culture of North Korea and its military strategy development. He holds MA degree from University of North Korean Studies. Before joining KNDA, he worked as Staff Reporter and Research Fellow with The Dong-A Ilbo Media Group for 17 years, and performed research project at ISDP in Stockholm, Sweden as Visiting Fellow. 황일도 국립외교원 외교안보연구소 조교수로, 북한 문제와 핵 억제, 군사안보 분야를 연구하고 있다. 북한대학원대학교에서 군사안보 전공으로 북한학 석사를, 연세대학교에서 국제정치전공으로 정치학박사 학위를 받았다. ㈜동아일보사 기자와 화정평화재단 21세기 평화연구소 연구위원, 스웨덴 스톡홀름 안보개발정책연구소(ISDP) Visiting Fellow를 지냈다. 주요 저서로는 ‘북한 군사전략의 DNA’(2013)와 ‘김정일 공포를 쏘아올리다’(2009)가 있다.
