PARK Young-June 박영준
	Korea National Defense University 국방대학교 Professor of National Security College 안보대학원 교수 Park Young-June is a professor of the College of National Security, Korea National Defense University. He obtained B.A. in political science from Yonsei University, M.A. in international relations from Seoul National University and Ph.D. in international relations from the University of Tokyo in 2002. He also conducted research as a visiting scholar at the U.S.-Japan program of Harvard University from 2010 to 2011 and from 2015 to 2016. He published and co-authored several books and dozens of articles focusing on the issue of Japanese security policy and East Asian security affairs, including The Third Japan (in Korean, 2008), International Politics of Security (in Korean, 2010), The Status and Tasks of International Security in the 21st Century(in Korean, 2011), The Birth of Navy and Making of Modern Japan(in Korean, 2014), South Korea‘s National Security Strategy: Evolution and Challenges(in Korean, 2017) etc. . Besides academic activities, he has served as a policy adviser for the South Korea‘s Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2015 as well as a columnist for the Hankook Daily from 2016 to the present. E-mail: yjpark@kndu.ac.kr. 박영준은 한국 국방대학교 교수로서 2002년 일본 동경대학에서 박사학위를 취득하였고, 2010년과 2016년에는 각각 미국 하버드대학 Program on US-Japan Relations에서 초빙연구원으로 연구하였다. 연구분야는 일본정치외교, 동북아시아 국제관계, 전쟁과 평화이며, <제3의 일본>(2008>, <안전보장의 국제정치학>(2011, 공저), <해군의 탄생과 근대 일본>(2014), <한국 국가안보전략의 전개와 과제>(2014) 등의 저서와 다수의 논문을 발표하였다. 외교부 정책자문위원과 한국일보 등의 고정칼럼니스트로서 한국의 외교안보정책에 대한 활발한 제언활동도 행하고 있다.
