Alicia Yoon is a Korean skincare and beauty expert and the founder of Peach & Lily, a leading source and retailer for all things K-beauty. Peach & Lily is an integrated platform that includes a direct-to-consumer e-commerce site, one of the largest Korean beauty distribution businesses in North America, and two household skincare lines, Peach & Lily and Peach Slices. Alicia travels regularly between New York City and Seoul to find and develop new and innovative skincare products, and she is frequently referenced as the pioneer of Korean beauty in the USA. She is also a New York-licensed esthetician, holds certifications from multiple spas in Korea, and is a graduate of Columbia University and the Harvard Business School. Alicia was featured on WWD's 25 Most Innovative Beauty Executives list and serves on the Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) Board of Governors.
