Dr. Eui-Chan Jeon, Professor of the Department of Environment & Energy at Sejong University, served as the Dean of External Affairs and the Dean of Graduate School. Prof. Jeon obtained his Ph.D. of Environmental Management from Seoul National University in 1996. He served as the president of the Korean Society of Climate Change Research (2014) and the president of Korean Society of Atmospheric Environment (2011). Also, he was a co-president of National Assembly Climate Change Forum, and is charged to the Social Administrative Committee chair of the Regulatory Reform Committee, the chair of Climate Change Division of the National Committee on Green Growth and the vice president of Korean Academy of Environment Science.

전의찬(全儀燦) 세종대 환경에너지융합학과 교수는 세종대학교 대외협력처장과 대학원장을 역임하였고 현재 기후변화센터장을 맡고 있다. 전 교수는 서울대학교에서 환경관리전공으로 이학박사학위(1996년)을 받았으며, 한국기후변화학회장(2011년)과 한국대기환경학회장(2014년)을 역임하였다. 그 외 국회기후변화포럼 운영위원장 및 공동대표로 활동하였으며, 현재 규제개혁위원회 행정사회분과위원장, 녹색성장위원회 기후변화분과 위원장 등을 맡고 있다.
