Dr. Yoon-Jong Jang obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University Paris X (Nanterre) in France in 1992. He has worked for Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade(KIET) for more than 30 years; He was Director in Digital Economy Department(2000-2002); Vice President(2002-2003) and Director in Growth Engine Industries Research Center(2011-2013), and now he serves as Director in Department of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Research. He has published many reports and articles, mainly covering FDI, globalization and trade and industrial policies. He has actively worked for the Korean government. His major activities are as follows: Member, Advisory Group on International Economic Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade(1998-2004); Member, Commission on Government Policy Evaluation, Prime Minister’s Office(2003-2005); Chairman, Green Technology Certification Review Committee, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy(2012-2014); Member, Presidential Advisory Council on Science & Technology, Office of the President(2016-present). And he also served as the president in The Korean Association of Trade and Industry Studies in 2015.
<BR><BR>장윤종(張允鍾, 59) 박사는 프랑스 파리 10대학에서 경제학 박사 학위를 취득하였으며 산업연구원에 34년 재직하고 있다. 디지털경제실장, 성장동력연구센터 소장, 부원장 등을 역임하였으며 현재 4차산업혁명연구부장을 맡고 있다. 다수의 정부 정책자문을 수행하였다. 대통령비서실 국가경쟁력강화기획단 파견, 국무조정실 정책평가위원, 녹색인증심의위원장 등을 역임하였으며 현재 국가과학기술자문회의 위원, 기재부 재정사업평가자문위원, 인사혁신처 정책자문위원, 총리실 신산업투자위원회 위원 등으로 활동하고 있다. 학회활동으로 2015년에 국제통상학회 회장을 역임하였다.
