Yoon Young-kwan is a professor emeritus at the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Seoul National University. He previously served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Korean government (2003-04). Before he joined the faculty of Seoul National University in 1990, he taught at the University of California, Davis. He also served as Korea’s eminent representative to and the Co-chair of the East Asia Vision Group II from September 2011 to October 2012.
<BR><BR>윤영관 교수는 서울대 사회과학대학 정치외교학부 명예교수이다. 2003년부터 2004년까지 제 32대 외교통상부 장관을 지냈다. 캘리포니아대학(University of California, Davis)에서 가르치다가 1990년부터 서울대에서 강의를 하고 있다. 2011년 9월부터 2012년 10월까지 동아시아비젼그룹 II 한국대표이자 공동회장을 역임하셨다.
