	Korea Institute for National Unification 통일연구원 Research Fellow 부연구위원 Dr. Lee obtained his Ph.D degree from University of Iowa, majoring in political science. His main research area is Attitude toward Unification, Discrimination and Tolerance. He was a senior researcher from 2008 to 2011 and a research professor in 2011 at Institute for Peace and Unification Studies of Seoul National University; a research professor at BK Project Group at the department of Political Science and International Relations of Seoul National Unification from 2011 to 2013; a research professor at the department of Political science and International Relations of Soongsil University from 2013 to 2016. <BR><BR>이상신 박사는 현재 통일연구원의 연구위원을 역임하고 있다. 박사학위는 아이오와 대학교의 정치학과에서 취득하였으며, 주요 연구영역은 통일 인식과 태도, 차별 및 관용이다. 2008년부터 2011년까지 서울대학교 통일평화연구원 선임연구원을 역임하였고, 2011년에는 서울대학교 통일평화연구원 HK연구교수로서 활동하였다. 2011년부터 2013년까지 서울대학교 정치외교학부 BK연구원직을 맡았으며, 2013년부터 2016년까지는 숭실대학교 정치외교학과 연구중점교수를 역임하였다.
