2016년 11월 부임한 샤픽 하샤디 주한모로코대사는 캐나다 몬트리올대학교 경영학과를 졸업하고, 프랑스 INSEAD 경영대학원에서 국제경영, 오를레앙 대학교에서 금융∙경영관리학 석사, 페르피냥대학교에서 사법 박사 학위를 취득하였다. 1989년부터 산업회사의 사장을 역임하고 있으며, 2002년부터 국회 하원의원을 3선 연임하였으며, 2013년부터 2016년까지는 국회 부의장을 역임하였다. 2003년부터 2015년까지는 모로코 지방 상공∙서비스회의소 부회장을 역임하였으며, 2009년에서 2011년까지는 아랍노동기구(ALO)의 수석 부회장을 역임하였다. 2016년 10월, 모로코국왕으로부터 주한특별전권대사로 임명되었으며, 2018년 한국 프랑코포니 진흥위원회 의장으로 선출되었으며, 2022년부터는 한국-아랍 소사이어티의 부이사장을 역임하고 있다.


H.E. Chafik Rachadi is Ambassador of Morocco to Korea since November 2016. He graduated from the University of Montreal, Canada with a BA in Business Administration degree, received a Master's degree in International Management from INSEAD France, a Master's degree in Finance and Business Management Control from the University of Orléans, and a PhD in Private Law from the University of Perpignan, France. Since 1989, he has chaired an industrial company and from 2002 he was elected as a Member of Parliament for three consecutive terms till 2016; he served as a Vice-President of the Moroccan Parliament. From 2003 to 2015 he served as President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services for 4 consecutive terms, and from 2009 to 2011 he served as the First Vice-President of the Arab Labor Organization(ALO). In October 2016, he was accredited by His Majesty the King of Morocco as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Republic of Korea. In 2018, he was elected as the President of the Francophonie Council in Korea and in June 2022, he became Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps in Seoul and Vice-President of Korea-Arab Society(KAS).
