박태현은 강원대학교 법학전문대학원 교수(환경법 전공)다. 환경시민단체에서 환경전문변호사로 활동하였다. 현재 포럼 ‘지구와 사람’ 산하 지구법센터에서 인간중심주의를 넘어 지구중심주의적 관점에서 법체계를 바라보고자 하는 지구법과 자연의 권리를 연구하고 있다. 아울러 동료들과 함께 지구법 강좌 운영 등 교육 활동도 하고 있다.

Taehyun Park is a professor at Kangwon National University's Graduate School of Law. He worked as an environmental lawyer for an environmental civic group. Currently, as the member of Forum People for Earth he are studying earth law and the rights of Nature to look at the legal system from a earth-centric perspective beyond the anthropocentrism. In addition, he is engaged in educational activities such as taking part in earth law courses with his colleagues.
