MIN Kyung-tae 민경태
	National Institute for Unification Education 국립통일교육원 Professor 교수 민경태 교수는 국립통일교육원에 재직 중이며 북한경제 분야를 담당하고 있다. 주요 저서로 ‘서울 평양 메가시티’ (2014), ‘서울 평양 스마트시티’ (2018) 가 있다. 대통령직속 정책기획위원회 위원, 북방경제협력위원회 전문위원, 북한연구학회 이사, 민주평화통일자문회의 자문위원을 역임했다. 삼성물산 건설부문에서 해외 프로젝트 관리 업무를 담당했으며, 삼성전자에서 대표이사부회장실, 글로벌협력, R&D기획, 벤처투자 업무를 수행했다. 연세대학교 건축공학 학사 및 도시설계 석사, 영국 옥스퍼드대학교 MBA, 북한대학원대학교 북한학 박사 학위를 받았다. 박사학위 논문은 ‘서울-평양 네트워크 경제권 구축을 통한 한반도 성장전략 구상’ (2013) 이다. Dr. Min Kyung-tae is a Professor at the National Institute for Unification Education, specializing in North Korean economy and development cooperation. He is the author of several major publications, including “Seoul-Pyongyang Mega City” (2014) and “Seoul-Pyongyang Smart City” (2018). He served as a member of the Presidential Commission on Policy Planning, an expert member of the Presidential Committee on Northern Economic Cooperation, a director of the Korean Association of North Korean Studies, and an advisory member at the National Unification Advisory Council. He managed overseas projects in Samsung C&T's construction division and worked at Samsung Electronics for CEO & Vice Chairman’s Office, Global Public Affairs, R&D planning, and venture investment. He received a B.S. in Architectural Engineering and a M.E in Urban Design from Yonsei University, an M.B.A. from University of Oxford in the UK, and a Ph.D. in North Korean Studies (Economics & IT) from University of North Korean Studies in Seoul, Korea. The title of doctoral dissertation is “The Growth Strategy for the Korean Peninsula through the establishment of Network Economy between Seoul and Pyongyang” (2013).
