<BR><BR>아니발 안토니오 카바코 실바(Anibal Antonio Cavaco Silva) 전 포르투갈 대통령은 저명한 경제학자로 포르투갈 기획재정부 장 관, 총리직 등 주요직을 지낸 인물이다. 한-포르투갈 수교는 1961 년 체결되어, 지난 2011년 50주년을 맞았다. 실바는 2014년 국빈 자격으로 방한했고, 이는 포르투갈 정상의 첫 공식방한이었다.
