Professor Lee Key-Hyo is specialized in Health Management and Policies, Education and Administration. After obtaining a bachelor degree on Business Management in Seong Kyun Gwan University and Master Degree on Public Health in Seoul National University, he got a Doctorate on Business Management in Seong Kyun Gwan University and post Ph.D degree on Public Health Management in Virginia Commonwealth University. As a professor in School of Public Health in Inje University since 1994, he took a position as Dean of School of Public Health for twice. In 2011, he served for National Health Insurance Service in the area of study for health insurance policies for two years, and was a president of Public Health Industry Association by the early of this year. Now, he has been an incumbent adviser for Support Committee of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province under Prime Minister’s Office, a member of Alliance of Medical Communication System Improvement, Committee of Health Insurance Payment Evaluation and Regulation Screening Committee under Ministry of Health and Welfare. <BR><BR>이기효(李起孝•54) 교수는 보건경영 및 정책 전문가이자, 교육자이며, 행정가이다. 성균관대학교 경영학사, 서울대학교 보건학석사를 거쳐 성균관대학교에서 경영학 박사학위를 받고 Virginia Commonwealth University 보건경영학과에서 박사 후 과정을 마쳤다. 1994년부터 인제대학교 보건대학원 교수로 일하며, 2007년 이후 두 번의 보건대학원장 임기를 역임하였다. 2011년에는 국민건강보험공단 건강보험정책연구원 원장에 취임하여 약 2년간 일했으며, 올해 초까지 보건의료산업학회 회장을 역임하였다. 현재 국무총리실 제주특별자치도 지원위원회, 보건복지부 의료전달체계개선협의체, 건강보험급여평가위원회, 규제심의위원회 위원으로 활동하고 있다.
