김도희는 <민주사회를 위한 변호사모임> 환경보건위원회의 동물권소위원장이다. 현재 <동물의 권리를 옹호하는 변호사들>의 이사, 동물권단체 <동물해방물결>의 자문위원을 맡고 있다. 창작그룹 <이야기와 동물과 시(이동시)>에서 ‘동물당 매니페스토’, ‘절멸-질병X시대, 동물들의 시국선언’에 참여하였다. 동물권과 관련하여 소송, 입법, 연구, 강의, 예술 등 폭넓은 활동을 이어가고 있다. 공저로 <동물에게 다정한 법>, <절멸> 등이 있다. 질투가 많지만 털털한 고양이 ‘보리’, 새침하지만 욕망에 충실한 고양이 ‘나무’와 산다. 동물들이 법인격을 갖고, 동물당이 활개치는 사회를 꿈꾼다.

Kim Dohhui is the chairperson of the Animal Rights Subcommittee of the Environmental Health Committee of <Lawyers for a Democratic Society>. She is currently a director of <Lawyers for Animal Rights> and a legal advisor to the animal rights organization <Animal Liberation Wave>. In the creative group <Story, Animals, and Poetry (Edongshi)>, she participated in “Animal Party Manifesto” and “Extinction-Disease X Era, Declaration of the State of Animals”. Regarding animal rights, it continues a wide range of activities such as litigation, legislation, research, lectures, and art. Co-authors include "How to Be Friendly to Animals" and "Extinction" She lives with the jealous but easy-going cat "Bori" and the coy but faithful cat "Namu." She hopes that animals have legal-personhood, and Animal party is active in society.
