오윤 산자수렌 박사는 녹색기후기금의 대외협력국장으로 재직하고 있다. 이전에는 물이 보장되는 세계를 위한 정부간 기구인 ‘글로벌 워터 파트너십’의 의장을 역임하였다.. 오윤 박사는 유엔환경계획의 첫 유엔환경총회 의장이였으며, 지속가능한 발전을 위한 여러 국제기구의 자문위원회에서 활동하고 있다.

오윤 박사는 몽골 의회의 5선 국회의원이였으며. 몽골 국회 부대변인, 외교부장관, 녹색성장 및 환경부 장관을 역임하였다. 몽골의 주요 여성 중견 인물로써 오윤 박사는 민주주의 발전을 위한 조리그 재단과 같은 NGO의 수장으로도 활동하였다. 또한 울란바토르 내 광물정제소를 건립하는 유엔개발계획 산하 프로젝트를 주도하기도 하였다. 오윤 박사는 프라하 까를대학교에서 학사 졸업하고 영국 케임브리지 대학교에서 지구과학 박사 학위를 취득하였다.

Dr. Oyun Sanjaasuren is currently Director of Division of External Affairs at the Green Climate Fund. Previously, she was Chairperson of the Global Water Partnership, an intergovernmental organization dedicated to a water-secure world. Oyun Sanjaasuren served as the first President of the United Nations Environment Assembly of UNEP and is currently on advisory boards of a number of international organizations dedicated to sustainable development.

She was elected to five terms as Member of Parliament of Mongolia (1998-2016), and served as Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Environment and Green Development. One of the leading women figures in Mongolia, she chairs a number of Mongolian NGOs, including the Zorig Foundation to advance democracy. She also worked for a UNDP project to establish a mineral processing centre in Ulaanbaatar. Dr. Oyun graduated from Karlova university in Prague and holds a Ph.D. in Earth Science from Cambridge University, UK.
