김경헌은 한국컬러유니버설디자인협회 제주지부장이다. 제주 출신인 그는 1995년부터 디자인 분야에서 활동해 왔으며, 제주특별자치도 CI 및 통합브랜드 개발사업을 시작으로 제주특별자치도 색채가이드라인 개발사업, 제주특별자치도 기반시설 유형별 디자인 개발사업, 제주 옥외광고물 문화조성을 위한 모델 및 가이드라인 학술연구용역 등 제주 디자인 발전을 위한 중요 활동에 주도적으로 참여했으며 최근에는 제주유니버설디자인 환경 조성에 관심을 가지고 확산사업을 직접 진행하기도 하였다. 김경헌은 제주대학교에서 학사 학위와 한양대학교에서 박사과정을 마치고 제주 디자인 인재 양성을 위해 대학에서 강의를 하고 있으며 제주시각디자인협회 회장과 제주특별자치도 공공디자인 심의위원으로도 활동하고 있다.
