서지희 위민인이노베이션(Women In Innovation; WIN) 회장은 현재 삼정KPMG 전무이사로 일하고 있다. 이화여자대학교 경영학과를 졸업하고 동 대학원 재무회계 석사를 취득하였다. 1986년 공인회계사 시험에 합격하여 현재까지 30년 이상 회계업계의 감사품질 제고를 위해 힘써왔다. 대형회계법인 첫 여성임원으로, 한국여성공인회계사 회장을 역임하고 회계업계의 양성평등을 위한 노력을 꾸준히 해왔다.

공적자금관리위원회 위원, 국가회계제도심의위원회 위원, 책임운영기관운영위원회 위원, 방송통신심의위원회 방송광고균형발전위원회 위원 등 공공기관의 위원회 활동에 적극적으로 참여하여 전문가로서의 여성의 사회적 역할 확대에 기여하고 있다. 한편 WCD 창립 멤버로 감사 및 WIN 이사 활동을 거쳐 현재는 WIN 회장으로 우리나라 기업 내 다양성 제고 및 차세대 여성리더 육성을 위한 활동을 해 오고 있다.

Mrs. Jihee Suh, President of Women In Innovation((WIN) has been working at KPMG accounting firm over 30 years. She had led the Korea Women Institute Certificate Public Accountants from 2006 to 2010 as the first female partner of Korea large accounting firms and has tried to improve gender diversity in accounting industry up to now.

She was Member of Public Fund Management Committee in Financial Service Commission, Government Accounting Standards Board, The Steering Committee of Performance-based organization, and Broadcasting advertisement committee in Korea Communications Commission. Also, she has been one of the founding members of the WCD(Women Corporate Directors) Korea Chapter and is the president of WIN which is corporate women leaders’ network to empower women for better society.
