SHIN JUNGHWA 신정화
	DONGSEO UNIVERSITY 동서대학교 professor 교수 현재(2007~) 동서대학교 국제관계학전공 교수이며, 일본 三重中京大学政策学部　조교수(2003~2006), 세종연구소 일본연구센터 객원연구위원(2002)을 역임했다. 2000년 일본 게이오대학에서 법학박사 학위(전공: 정치학)을 취득했으며, 주 전공은 일본의 대북정책이다. 최근에는 한일관계와 남한-북한-일본 삼각지역체제의 특징과 변천을 안전보장의 정치를 중심으로 연구하고 있다. 저서로는 2004. 『일본의 대북정책 1945~1992년』 도서출판 오름이 있으며, 최근의 대표적인 연구물로는 2019. “문재인 정권과 아베신조 정권의 ‘새로운 나라’ 만들기: 불신과 갈등의 확산,” 『日本硏究論叢』 (제50호), 2018. “安倍政権の外交·安保政策と北朝鮮政策: 第1·2·3次内閣を中心に,” 『日本硏究論叢』(제48호) 등이 있다. 한국정치학회 부회장을 역임했으며, 지금은 현대일본학회 부회장, 통일부 남북관계발전위원회 민간위원, (사) 한반도평화포럼 이사로 활동하고 있다. SHIN Jung-hwa is a professor at the Department of International Relations, University of Dongseo since 2007. She received her PhD in law(major: political science from Keio University, Japan in 2000. Previously, she was an associate professor at the Department of Policy Studies, Miechukyo University in Japan(2003~2006) and a visiting researcher at the Sejong Institute(2002). Her main major is Japan's policy toward North Korea, and recently, she has been studying the characteristics of South Korea-Japan relations and the South Korea-North Korea-Japan triangular system, focusing on the politics of security. Hers books include the publication of the 2004. The Japan's Policy toward North Korea 1945-1992. Orm Press, and recent papers is 2019. " 'New nation-building' by Moon and Abe : the spread of distrust and conflict” (The)Korea journal for Japanese studies 50. She is now serving as a Vice Chairman of the Korean Association for Contemporary Japanese Studies(KACJS), a private member of the Inter-Korean Relations Development Committee of the Ministry of Unification, and a director of the Korea Peace Forum.
