	Head, Arabian Peninsula, Iraq & Regional Policies Division, European External Ac 유럽연합 대외관계청 아라비아 반도이〮라크 과장 EU 대외관계청의 아라비아 반도 ․ 이라크 과장이다. 1997년 EU 공무원/외교관 경력을 시작했으며, 주터키EU대표부 공관차석 및 주이집트EU대표부 정무과장으로 근무하였다. EU의 중동 및 아시아 정책을 주제로한 다수 논문 및 칼럼을 기고하였으며, 발렌시아 대학(학사), Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset(석사) 및 터프츠대 플레처 스쿨(석사) 등에서 학위를 취득하였다. Gabriel Munuera-Vinals is the Head of the Arabian Peninsula and Iraq Division in European External Action Service (EEAS). He joined the EU civil and diplomatic service in 1997 and served as the Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Turkey(2016-19) and the Head of Political Affairs, Press and Information Section of the EU Delegation to Egypt (2012-16). He published a number of articles and columns on EU external policies in the Middle East and Asia. He graduated from Valencia University and holds Master’s degrees from Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset and Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
