오대균 한국에너지공단 前기후변화대응이사는 1963년생으로, 서울대학교 자원공학과 학사, 서울대학교 자원공학과 석사, 서울대학교 응용지구과학 박사 학위를 취득했다.
2011년 에너지공단 목표관리실장을 시작으로 2014년부터 기후대책실장을 역임했으며, 2021년 6월까지 기후변화대응이사를 오랫동안 국내 기후변화, 온실가스감축관련 최고의 전문가로 손꼽히고 있다. 또한 UNFCCC CDM 집행이사회의 아시아그룹 대표로 선출되어 4년간 국제사회의 CDM 프로세스를 감독하였다.

Dr. Oh is a Executive Director of Korea Energy Agency (KEA), a public corporation which is in charge of energy demand-side and renewable energy promotion policies at Ulsan, Korea. He had served diverse positions at KEA including the climate change policy adviser and general manager of energy-GHG target management project.
His primary research interests are green-house gas emission reduction policies with focus on national GHG reduction target and international reduction action based on cooperative approach, supporting program for the industrial sector’s GHG reduction actions. As a 4 year’s member of UNFCCC CDM Executive Board represented for Asian group, he has supervised the CDM process to promote the international result-based GHG emission reduction projects. For the action of ISO to respond to Climate Change, he leaded the standardization of ISO/TS14067(Carbon Footprint of Product). He consults several government agencies including MOTIE, MOE.
He holds a Ph.D., an M.A. and a B.A. in Engineering from Seoul National University. He married with only daughter.
