Charlotte Roule is Board Member of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (“EUCCC”).
She is also Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE China, a French energy infrastructure company.
Originally from France, she has lived in China for the past 5 years and was, before this, based in the UK. In China, she promoted and developed, jointly with her teams, clean energy (mainly solar) and clean solutions for cities and industries, such as district cooling or electrical mobility.
In addition to ENGIE China and the EUCCC, Mrs. Roule served as a member a member of the Jinan Mayor’s International Economic Consultation Committee from 2017 to 2020. She is external trade advisor to the French Government.
