김준 회장은 1963년생으로 김용완 ㈜경방 창업주의 맏아들인 고(故) 김각중 경방 명예회장의 장남이다. 김준회장은 고려대학교 화학학과를 졸업했으며, 1992년 미국 브라운대학교에서 박사학위를 마친 뒤 1993년 경방에 차장으로 입사하였다. 이후, 총무부, 경리, 가공사본부장, 구매본부장 등을 두루 거쳐 2007년 대표이사 사장, 2016년 ㈜경방 회장으로 취임하였다.

Chairman Joon Kim is the eldest son of honorary chairman Kim Gak-joong, the eldest son of founder Kim Yong-wan of Kyungbang Co., Ltd. He graduated from Korea University with a BS in Department of Chemistry. He continued his education at Brown University, department of chemistry to earn Ph.D. Right after he joined Kyungbang in 1993 as a senior manager of general affairs department. Afterwards, he worked as an executive director of finance department and sales department for many years. Whit his successful experiences, he was inaugurated as a president of Kyungbang in 2007.
