양이원영 의원은 대한민국 국회의원이다.
서강대학교 생물학 전공을 화학을 부전공했다. 국회의원 이전에 에너지전환포럼 사무처장을 지냈고 환경운동연합 에너지기후팀 처장으로 오랫동안 활동했다.
현재 민주당 21대 국회의원. 비례대표. 산자위, 예결특위 민주당 환경특별위원회 위원장을 했고 현재는 민주당 2050 탄소중립특별위원회 발전분과 간사이자 국회기후위기그린뉴딜연구회 책임연구위원을 맡고 있다.

She was chairman of the Democratic Environmental Select Committee. Now she's current executive secretary of the Democratic 2050 Carbon Neutrality Select Committee.
She is a senior researcher at the Green New Deal Research Council in the National Assembly.
