콘리 박사는 세계적인 교육 및 연구 기업인 콘리국제교육협회의 회장을 역임하고 있다. 그는 150편 이상의 출판물과 4개의 온라인 강좌의 저자이다. 그는 한국을 포함한 65개국에서 정부기관 및 국제기구들과 다양한 계약과 연수사업을 수행해왔다. 그는 인권 조사보고, 분쟁 분석, 분쟁 후 사회에서의 회복과 안정, 민주적 발전과 거버넌스, 시민교육과 협력 등 다양한 주제의 연수 프로그램을 운영 중이다. 그는 캐나다의 맥마스터대학교에서 학·석사 학위를, 영국의 엑서터 대학교에서 박사 학위를 취득하였다.

Dr Conley is President of Conley-International Education Associates, a world-wide training and research company with 21 associates. He is the author of over 150 publications and 4 online course. He has conducted a variety of contract work and training projects for a number of governments and international organisations in 65 countries, including the Republic of Korea. He has run training programmes on a variety of subjects, including human rights reporting, conflict analysis, recovery and stabilisation in post-conflict societies, democratic development and governance, citizenship education and development.
Marshall is a graduate of McMaster University (Hamilton, Canada), BA, MA, and the University of Exeter (United Kingdom), PhD.
