타냐 오길비화이트 박사는 APLN의 선임연구원 및 뉴질랜드 글로벌 연구 센터 (NZCGS)의 이사, 호주국립대학교의 코랄 벨 스쿨의 아시아태평양문제연구소의 선임연구원 직을 겸임하고 있다. 크로포드 공공정책 학교 소속 핵 비확산 및 군축 센터의 연구 책임자로 지낸바 있으며 캔버라 소재의 호주 전략 정책 연구소의 선임 분석가와 런던 국제 전략연구소의 선임연구원, 스탠튼 핵 안보 연구원으로 연구 분야에서 다양할 활동을 하였을 뿐 아니라 ChristChurch의 캔터베리 대학교의 국제관계학 수석강사로 미래 학자 양성 활동등 다양한 분야에서 영향력을 미치고 있다.

Dr Tanya Ogilvie-White is senior research fellow at APLN, director of the New Zealand Centre for Global Studies (NZCGS), and senior fellow at the Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs, Australian National University. Previously, she was research director of the Centre for Nuclear Nonproliferation and Disarmament, Crawford School of Public Policy, senior analyst at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, Canberra, senior fellow at the International Institute for Strategic Studies, London, Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow, and senior lecturer in international relations, University of Canterbury, Christchurch.
