데니스 브뢰더스는 네덜란드 라이덴 대학교의 글로벌안보기술분야 전임교수이며, 동 대학교 안보 및 글로벌 문제 연구소 헤이그 사이버 규범 프로그램의 선임연구원이다. 브뢰더스 교수는 국제 사이버안보 거버넌스에 특히 관심이 있으며, 안보, 기술 및 정책 사이의 상호작용을 중심으로 연구와 강의를 하고 있다. 대표 저서로는 'The Public Core of Internet (2015)' 이 있으며, UN 국제 정보안보에 관한 정부 전문가 그룹(UNGGE)과 개방형 워킹그룹(OEWG) (2019-2021)의 네덜란드 대표단 및 학술 자문단의 일원으로 활동하였다.

Dennis Broeders is Full Professor of Global Security and Technology and Senior Fellow of The Hague Program for Cyber Norms at the Institute of Security and Global Affairs (ISGA) of Leiden University, the Netherlands. His research and teaching broadly focuses on the interaction between security, technology and policy, with a specific interest in international cyber security governance. He is the author of the book The public Core of the Internet (2015). He served as a member of the Dutch delegation to the UN Group of Governmental Experts on international information security and the Open Ended Working Group (2019-2021) as an academic advisor.
